How Good Is God?

from Rick Manis Ministries Podcast · host Rick Manis

It is easy to proclaim God's goodness when life seems to be going well and things are "under control", but what about when circumstances are difficult and nothing looks like we hoped? How good is God? The truth is that the moment we realize He really is with us, for us, in us, and ahead of us in all things, we can trust that He is a good and loving Father, even in the midst of hardship and disappointment. Choose to be aware of His goodness and watch as HIS peace passes all understanding in your life as you trust Him."God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, Even though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though its waters roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with its swelling. There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn. The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved; He uttered His voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge." -Psalm 46:1-7Support the show
