It's time for a reset, body break and to set the foundation for your summer development and to make next season your best ever. Being a high school athlete in today’s world can be pretty stressful, juggling the pressure to perform on the court and in the classroom at a high level, non-stop activities and responsibilities, it’s easy to find yourself stressed and tense. Today I want to give you an exercise that if you make it a consistent habit, it can help you eliminate or at least manage the tension that you may have felt in your game, body and life last season.
