Solo Episode In an effort to keep up my performance at work and with my young kids, I have recently focused on not just my health, but my health longevity. Prevailing evidence is supporting humanity living much longer, and potentially have not only a longer life span, but also a long health span. My journey started with the book Lifespan by David Sinclair PhD. and has continued into the transformation of my health habits. In this episode, I detail what I am doing to stay healthy and stay young for my kids. You may have the same reasoning, or you may have others. The other reality as a practicing DC, you need to stay fit and healthy for many years to do this job physically. You also need to be sharp to manage the mental, emotional, and communication side of our profession. If you are feeling lethargic, burned out, and overwhelmed, maybe looking under the hood of your health will be the start you need to turn that around. I know I am preaching to the choir here since many DCs live a healthy life, but it was worth sharing and maybe you will gain some insights on my journey to healthy longevity.
