How I Envision Bitcoin Impacting The Political World with Grant McCarty

My conversation with Grant McCarty was one of my favorite pleb interviews I’ve conducted so far. Whether you believe in the power of political advocacy or not, you cannot help but understand and appreciate the passion he obviously has for advancing Bitcoin. In this interview, we discussed what spurred this passion, and how he envisions Bitcoin’s impact on the political world. While particular to the United States, I think everyone can see the benefit of grassroots organization and change McCarty describes in the interview. It was quite compelling, at least to me, to hear from McCarty that the mobilization around the infrastructure bill was well heard by lawmakers. This was a nice change from the often negative perspective on political action in the Bitcoin community at large.
