11: Over the years, I've always built my business from an ego space. Because I had something to prove and I wanted to prove that I was worth it. When you're in the healing and transformation business, it's really not easy to draw the line between helping and making money. As a business owner, I want to maximize my profits. But as a lightworker, I want to be of service to as many people as possible. I'm not going to lie and say that I don't want to have a huge following or I don't want my work to reach the masses. I do.⠀ ⠀ But I've learnt that my intention sets the tone of the result. So the best way to grow your community is to be genuinely interested in humanity and treat each interaction as how you like to be treated. I dropped the focus on growing the following and stopped playing all the strategic games. I stopped trying to sell something.⠀ ⠀ I asked myself what would I love to do all day even if I'm not paid? Once I learned that it was ok to stop focusing on the balance sheet, then the pressure was off. I want to build a business that I love, impacts the world and make meaningful money.⠀ ⠀ The only time I'm greedy and I want it all! It takes time to figure it all out to land on a sweet spot.
