I guess you really can call this my Cope Well framework. Here are three key strategies from the pod:* Create consistent regulation opportunities - Build daily practices that calibrate your nervous system before you need it, such as morning meditation or mindful breathing breaks throughout the day.* Use movement as medicine - Change your emotional state through physical activity, even just five minutes of movement like walking, stretching, or dancing.* Practice self-compassion and curiosity - Develop an "observing self" that witnesses emotions without being consumed by them, asking questions about what you're experiencing.I also recommend some daily habits for emotional wellness:* Setting intentions before sleep* Practicing gratitude upon waking* Listening to healing frequency music in the morning* Setting an intention for the dayThe goal isn't perfect happiness but resilience—how quickly you can return to equilibrium after disruption.
