How I plan to save 20-35% of time in my business in 2024. Today I deciced to map to the tiniest detail all my business processes. Where you read process replace with: 1. Client work 2. Project management 3. Live streaming 4. Writing a blog 5. Writing a newsletter 6. Create a new product 7. Create content for social Etc. Having very detailed mapping can help with: 1. Having a good understanding of which work flows can be automated or outsourced. 2. How much time each process or flow takes and try to optimise it for either gain in time or raise in output. And this is how I plan to save approximately 20-35% of time next year, compared to this year. This will allow me to: 1. Improve the business 2. Increase my work capacity for more clients 3.
