Solo Episode It is no secret that we are all busy and pulled in many directions. The vast majority of us will have to push the envelope and work extremely hard to grow and maintain a successful practice. Or you may be a student who is knee-deep in studies, tests and figuring out life. You may be an associate and have one hundred patient notes in the pending section. No matter where you are at in your career, overwhelm is an all-too-common issue. In my career, I have burned the candle at both ends all too often, at the detriment to my personal life. I am now extremely intentional about not letting that happen anymore. Do I still get overwhelmed? Yes, but I can now recognize it and recalibrate much quicker than I did in the past. In this episode, I am going to provide you with the six resources I use or have used to help provide insights and tools to prevent or recover much quicker from the overwhelm. Some of these will resonate with you, and some will not. My challenge to you after this episode is to start discovering what resources will help you prevent overwhelm more successfully.
