How do you plan your TODO list? 📝🤔 Productivity and laser focus are continuous improvement subjects. 🎯📈 For the last 5 months, I have been monitoring everything I do during the day to understand and measure how my time is spent. ⏰🔍 I am using Google Calendar, and I am color-coding my various activities. 🗓️🌈 This has helped me to be more conscious of what I am doing what works for me and what is not. 💭👍👎 In the last 4-5 weeks, I have added tasks to plan ahead on what needs to be done the next day. 🗓️✅ I have tried to plan for the next month, then the next week and each individual next day, but the longer I try to plan, the less accurate my planning is. 📅🚫 I also use Notion, but only for note-taking and project management. 📓💼 What tools are you using to stay focused, structured and productive? 🛠️🎯 What methods do you follow? 🧐📚 I am keen to learn since I always try to make the most of each day and each hour I spend on my business. 🏃♂️💡 Let me know in the comments below! 💬👇
