Similar to last week, rather than hearing me interview someone, I am actually getting interviewed. I was interviewed by my friend Ammar Assad, another amazing coach in the space. Ammar and I met originally in another business mastermind and have kept in touch over the years. He was my mentor during my time with Rob Dial. On his podcast, The Life Leaders Podcast, Ammar and I discuss confidence and body image specifically because at that time, that’s the type of coach I was. So this was before I got into business coaching which feels like a long time ago now!
