How ICE's Claim of "No Warrant Entry" Sets the Stage for Political Assassinations

The United States of America is funding a domestic terror group that’s violating the Constitution and destroying the lives of innocent people.That’s as clearly as I can state it. ICE is out of control.It was already a problem that they run around wearing masks and refusing to identify themselves. This creates a camouflage for criminals to abduct, rape, and torture people while claiming to be ICE.“How dare you ask to see my identification, just get in the van!”Meanwhile, our media, our administration, and our entire political and judicial systems fail to see any problem with this. The people are being way too passive. ICE isn’t some fringe movement. It’s an inferno that our elected representatives keep dumping money on. It’s coming to your city. Sooner or later either you or somebody you love will be harassed or maybe even physically abused by ICE.What’s to stop some school shooter from grabbing a bunch of body armor, slapping himself with “police” stickers, covering his face, marching up to a school, and demanding entry?In the past, resource officers would detain a deranged person like that. Today, they’ve been told by all the well-funded, authoritarian apologist politicians and right wing media that they should stand aside.“Right this way sir, you have the legal authority to come in here I guess.”This is insanity.Now, ICE is saying it can enter homes without a judicial warrant. Why isn’t everyone in the United States screaming about how this is the most flagrant attack on the Constitution in a hundred years?Don’t be distracted. This white supremacist authoritarian regime has created a military force that thinks it can barge into your house whenever it wants.Those of you out there who say, “Quit being an alarmist! They’re only going after criminals” need to stop and think for a second. Have you ever seen the videos when police have gone to the wrong house? Have you ever had a package delivered to you that was intended for somebody else?People make mistakes. Even the Vice President admitted that ICE can make mistakes. This is exactly why, until about two weeks ago, we didn’t allow federal military forces to break into people’s homes in the dead of night. Politicians need to start asking this question too. What’s to stop ICE from raiding their homes and then claiming, “We were supposed to go next door. Unfortunately the politician resisted. These are the kinds of tragedies that wouldn’t happen if people would get out of our way and allow us to do our jobs.”This is why we have a process that requires judicial warrants. It’s so federal officers can’t be turned into assassination squads!This administration is stripping those protections away, and the representatives that are supposed to be on our side are wasting their time posting snarky memes.Pay attention! This kind of recklessness put’s EVERYBODY’S life in danger.If you’re living in the United States right now and you’re reading this, I hope you know that the United States government has never been more of a clear and present threat to your life. You can go and verify for yourself that ICE is abusing people. They’re murdering people. The videos are online. They’re hauling off kids. People are dying in detainment centers.Now they claim they can burst into any old house they want.So ask yourself this, if an ICE agent comes into your home and starts raping your children, what are you going to do? They demand that we “not interfere” with their investigations, but then they claim that any and all illegal acts they perform are part of their duty.Where are the guardrails? I don’t see any.It’s clear that the lawless, incompetent people who are pulling the levers of power care nothing for the American people. They’re creating scenarios that are guaranteed to end in disaster, suffering, and needless loss of life. It feels as if they’re looking to provoke some even larger altercation so they can invoke their right to wipe us all out.The Constitution is in shreds.The time has passed for sharing snarky memes about the loathsome creature in the Oval Office. This has gone beyond him now. There is a government funded death squad going door to door that thinks it has the right to do whatever the hell it wants.They think they’re untouchable.The entire population of the United States should be enraged, terrified and appalled. These people think they’re above the law, but they need to be reminded that we do have software that can identify people even when they’re wearing a mask. There will be accountability someday and they need to remember that every time they put handcuffs on a child or they throw an old man to the ground.Everybody is currently at risk. Your gated community will not save you. Your money will not save you. Your political office will not save you. The color of your skin will not save you. ICE and border patrol are out there committing crimes against the Constitution. They’re becoming more emboldened. They’re getting even more money. Their ranks are swelling with recruits from various white supremacy organizations.The only difference between the military and a terrorist organization is accountability.ICE has no accountability.
