How I’d Go From Zero to $10K Per Month If I Opened A New Practice

Another clinical course will not help your business.   Look, I know that enhancing your clinical skills is very important. Having the discipline to constantly keep growing and learning is super valuable.    Learning more techniques and exercises is great and all, but it won’t help you grow your business.    If I were starting over and had to get to my first $10k month, I wouldn’t invest in a clinical course.    As I said, clinical skills are always going to be the foundation of running a rehab practice. However, you can’t build a house with just a foundation. There are walls, doors, and windows that need to be added.   In this context, those features would be business skills like marketing, sales, and operations.   So this week I share with you how I’d build my business if I had to start over tomorrow.
