How is everybody doing out there?

Reflection on story I  heard on NPR this morning based on Death by Despair.  Article discussed the increase in mortality/shortened life span in Americans due to suicide, overdose and liver disease from alcohol use.  Personal message from yours truly, Shayne Adams, letting you know that there is a better way to function if you're struggling and feel that life is coming at you.   Love, Shayne.
