In this solo episode, I introduce and explain the idea of 'bottlenecks' and 'throughput' in business and how we can better identify where there are problems to be fixed regarding the need for learning and development experiences and the 5 Why's technique to guide us in our approach. I also cover the three bottlenecks and how we can use this framework / paradigm to help us provide interventions for the business as a whole and not just one department at a time.
