Prof. Taya R. Cohen, Professor of Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, shares thought-provoking insights from her research, “Moral Character: Having a Conscience at Work.” The research investigates how individuals’ honesty and ethical choices impact others and the organizations in which they work.
