How much time do you spend thinking about your body, food, and your weight?
from The Strong[HER] Way | Healthy nutrition and habits for moms, routines, strength training for women · host Alisha Carlson, Fitness and Nutrition Coach for Moms
Send us Fan MailHey friend! This week we are talking about Orthorexic behaviors around food and exercise; Fear around food and weight gain; and how to create a more neutral relationship with food and your body. When we look at foods as good or bad, it's easy to let our concern for our health teeter into unhealthy behaviors as we become militant about only eating healthy. This can take a toll on us mentally, emotionally, and relationally. If you see this impacting the other areas of your life, that can be a red flag that something isn't quite right. Don't ignore that red flag, instead lean into it. Get curious about what's going on, and start to experience the freedom that comes from releasing food rules and strict behaviors around food and exercise.
