How my client in the Leadership Coaching industry doubled 2x her LinkedIn page followers

from Moving Women Forward: A holistic approach in business and life · host Jona Hysa - Moving Women Forward Community

I have a client in the coaching industry.Although they have a team, they are swamped with exhibitions, industry events, sales, and internal processes. The team is doing brilliant work - from customer-facing enquiries to lead management.Another member is dealing with all the payments and finance niggles. My client also has the admin team jumping from one screen tab to another. Everything looks good - busy, productive, with little time to even grab a cup of coffee. But guess what is my client's most neglected part of the business?Marketing. Social media, in particular.Prior to booking a personalised strategy call with me, my client had set up a LinkedIn page and was sporadically feeding content into it.There was no strategy, and certainly no engagement tactics around it.Before we sat down together, I analysed their competitors across the UK, looking at what was working well for them and where my client could stand out.During the strategy call, I provided the client with a practical roadmap to make their content speak to their target audience, not the neighbour next door.Within just over the first week or so, my client’s LinkedIn page increased impressions by 900%.Their page search index grew to 75%.For a small page with little to no engagement, this is an achievement. My client now has 2x followers and is still going strong in their industry. How did all this happen?Easy. Following my 3-step framework: Strategy - Structure - Consistency. It never fails when you put in the work and offload the burden of social media from your team.If your training or coaching company wants to finally improve page engagement with a clear strategy that resonates with your audience, I’d love to talk.-------------------------DM me on Instagram or LinkedIn and let us know what content you want to hear on the show so I can help other women move forward.
