This week I'm sharing a little more about my own journey up until now as a guest on The Jackie Tann Podcast.Jackie has some great questions and really gives me the space to finally speak about the most transformational part of my life to date.I began having seizures in 2020 and they continued to happen sporadically for 3 years until I learnt how to really take care of myself and find a life pace that better suited my bodies capabilities.It was very confronting at the time as my whole life changed overnight but as the dust settled I was slowly able to see how great of a gift my seizures were and how they literally shook me awake regarding my own health and wellbeing.I hope you enjoy this episode and I always love hearing your feedback.
