This is a DEEP conversation where we discuss things like the importance of understanding one's neurodivergence, what it's like for neurodivergent people in corporate spaces and how he's doing work to help Fortune 100 companies and others create spaces where all minds can thrive. Michael has seen the qualitative and quantitative impacts of his work, repeatedly demonstrating that this work isn't just about feeling good, it can save and earn companies significant amounts of money and other resources. Michael is making an impact not only in the US but also in his home country of Ghana where many of the schools are also suffering from colonized curriculum.
