How Nishi Singhal Got Her First Paid Client Within 2 Weeks of Launching Her Business

About Nishi:Nishi is an intuition coach, a public health expert, and a certified yoga teacher. Inspired by her work with children through teaching yoga, Nishi wrote A Friendship Story: Heart & Mind to introduce the lesson of presence so that anyone (big or small) can live a more balanced and joyful life. She also created Joy Parade, an online space dedicated to teaching individuals how to access their intuition and apply it to their day-to-day living. The name, Joy Parade, represents the partnership between the intuition (or heart) - where we find our true joy - and the minds - which loves to organize and create structure just like a parade. Nishi makes using intuition accessible, possible, and straightforward! Through 1:1 coaching, she helps individuals wake up from the autopilot mind - its stories, beliefs, and patterns - and connect to their intuition. Her underlying goal is to bring "heartfulness" (the joy of being) to "mindfulness" (being present in everything that we do). Using mindfulness, yoga, and meditation as jumping-off points to then use the power of presence and intuition to handle stress mindfully and with grace, feel good on the inside while getting things done, and trust the natural unfolding of life. Nishi is also the director of The Lively Community Foundation, an organization committed to uncovering the natural wellbeing that exists within everyone through tools, education, and community. Nishi has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. With a passion for health and wellness, Nishi has worked with the healthcare nonprofit world for ten years, focusing on the betterment of external conditions for communities to thrive.
