Vs 6-7 - Godly leaders are not celebrities, they are servants who work for the benefit of others. Vs 8-11 - Asking for advice is wise…….if you ask wise people. Vs 12-15 - God fulfills His promises and accomplishes His purposes, even through foolish people. Vs 16-17 - All relationships depend on a value exchange; each side must bring something the other side values. Vs 18-24 - Following God’s way, right away, can prevent unnecessary suffering and hardship. 12: 1- 6 - When we reject God’s way, He may discipline us by letting us have our way.
