Pain has a way of getting our attention. We don’t choose it, and we’d never ask for it—but it’s often the place where God speaks the clearest. In this final week of our How to Hear God series, we walk through 2 Corinthians 12:7–9, where the Apostle Paul pleads with God to remove his “thorn in the flesh.” Instead of taking away the pain, God responds with words that change everything: “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” You’ll also hear stories from real people in our church who have walked through deep loss, sickness, and struggle—and discovered that even in pain, God is still present, still speaking, and still faithful.
