Welcome to the third and final episode of our new integrated care podcast series focusing on partnership working and relationship building across systems – Partnerships in Practice. This series brings together insight, knowledge and first-hand experience of how strong relationships have helped local partners to deliver more joined-up and effective responses to the collective challenges and pressures that systems face.
