An awarded writer, producer, director, Nancy challenges the status quo  of ‘small think’ to empower women to stand up, speak up and connect with  their greatness. Think8 Women was created to enable women find their  purpose and use their gifts to change their world and the world.  As co-founder and president of Think8 Global Institute, an international  business Design firm, she works globally with partner and husband Mark  Shekter.  As producer/ writer/director for film and television she has  over 60 international awards and nominations to her credit, plus an Emmy  and Oscar short-listed film. Mother to three sons and grandmother to  five, Nancy is uniquely qualified to help women realize the full scope  of who they are to actualize their potential using their passion,  creativity and brilliance.
