How Realtor Advice Leads to Discrimination

Opinions, although may seem harmless to home buyers, can lead to prohibited discriminat0ry practices such as steering, blockbusting, and redlining. What's worse, these practices may very well be going on to this very day. What a person considers a "good" or "bad" neighborhood is subjective as every person is unique and what they value the most or least as far as residential communities, can differ from one person to the next.
