How Ryan Disque is Using His Passion for Coaching to Grow the Game

This week Dan is joined by Ryan Disque! We'll get to hear Ryan's story of how he got started in the world of lacross. Dan and Ryan discuss the difference between charter schools and public schools and the importance of focusing on your youth teams to be able to build into high school programs. They also discuss the creation of Storm Sports and more. Ryan Disque is the Director of Lacrosse and Assistant Athletic Director at Gateway College Prep in Georgetown, Texas. He is the head coach for the boy's Varsity team, while serving as the director for the entire K-12 boys and girls programs. He also is the Director of Storm Sports, an organization providing club sports opportunities for various sports, including lacrosse. His previous coaching experience includes serving as a volunteer assistant coach at DII Saint Leo University, working with the Penn State Men's Lacrosse camps programs, and serving as the head coach for Providence Panthers (TN) Lacrosse Club.
