He became interested in yoga many years ago and started to learn and then teach yoga and scientific meditation techniques. Rami has developed scientific meditation techniques that he calls Synchronizing Inwards, which he explains to Adiel. As the cosmos is synchronized, so is everything about yoga, he says. His system consists of bodily movements as well as mental processes to help one sleep well. It can be adapted to each individual's needs, and physical and/or spiritual goals.
