How Shall They Hear?

Text: Romans 10:14-17. In these verses, Paul addresses the question: how does anyone come to have a genuine, saving faith? and he lists several necessary conditions - a human "chain of responsibility" - upon which the individual is utterly dependent. But even when all the right links are joined together, is that any guarantee he will believe? Or is something else required?
