How She Encourages Herself When Times Get Tough

Lately I have been hearing from so many online virtual support pros and business owners who are feeling stressed and burnt out. These last few years have been a doozy! I just recently celebrated my 5 year anniversary as a full time business owner, and this year has been the absolute hardest in my business. Mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, it's all felt like an uphill climb.
