How She Gets Ready for the New Year

from How She Did That

Can you believe it’s already December?! We’ve got four more weeks until the New Year is here and there’s a lot to do before we break for Christmas! But, as you know, I’m not one to promote #hustleculture. So instead of giving you a million more things to do on top of your mile-long to-do list, I’m going to give you something to take the edge off. I want to share five tips l use to mentally prepare myself, and my team, for the new year. And to be clear, this is not a time-sensitive, race-to-the-finish-line list of things to do. These are just five tips I’m sharing with you because I know that they help me. I like to make my life a little easier, especially when planning something like an entire new year of business, so these five tips just remind me why I started my business and what I can be excited about for the next year. Like my word for the year, which is “deeper.”This Week We Talk About: How to give yourself grace in the New YearHow to deal with the highs and lows of business What you can do to feel good about this year and confident for next year What to plan for in 2022 (and beyond!) Did you hear?
