How She Handles the Messy Middle as a More Mature Business

The dynamic duo is back! Jayla Rae flew out to see me for a very important, and now quarterly, business planning meeting and we’re sharing how we plan for the future of our agency. We found that meeting in person AT LEAST once a year has been a tremendous help when it comes to planning out our future. It can be hard to carry on a conversation about next year's revenue goals when we are answering pings in between Zoom calls and client commitments.
