How She Went From Radio Sales to Real Estate Rockstar 🏡 - Maria Quattrone's Journey to Brokerage Queen 💡 In this episode, Maria Quattrone shares her journey in real estate and business. She started as an advertising account executive before getting her real estate license in 2004. Her sales experience helped her hit the ground running - she sold 17 properties her first year! 🏡 📈 Maria then grew her business rapidly, closing ~38 transactions in year two. She became the "queen of expired listings", attracting investors and selling them buildings for adaptive reuse. When that slowed down, she pivoted into other opportunities. 👩‍💼 In 2013, Maria bought a REMAX franchise and opened her own brokerage. Though growing it was challenging, she inspired and led agents to close 100+ units a year. During the pandemic, she grew the brokerage again through recruiting and accountability. 🎯 Throughout her career, Maria learned to not compare herself to others - the only competition is yourself.
