Our actions will naturally reveal the direction of our thoughts!!!VERSE 3: WILL THE FAITHFUL\MATURE MOTHERS PLEASE SHOW UP/OUT!!! 1. Your good works over these evil deeds(slander/gossip/drunkenness) 2. What are you teaching the younger women/mothers?VERSES4-5: HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT GIVING ADVICE TO THE NEXT GENERATION? 1. Are you an encourager when giving advice? What kind of insight do you have to give them? 2. How do you treat your husband? With Love and Respect? Why or why not? Paul is talking about their welfare vs romance right here!!! 3. How do you treat your children? He is talking about, have you raised them up to fear the Lord? 4. Is your life full of wisdom/purity/faithfulness? Don’t ever forget this saying: YOUR HOME IS WHERE YOUR HEART SHOULD ALWAYS BE!!! 5. In the end Paul wanted to make sure that the older women were showing the younger women through their actions how to glorify God!!!(By building his kingdom and strengthening the family unit). In other words stop blending in with this pagan society!!!
