How Should We Contend With the Death?

Pomnyun Sunim(October 10, 2021)🔹Question :  In one of your lessons, you paint a picture of animals running headlong to a cliff-edge in their potential death without wondering why they do so. I fear we have the burden of death as a shadow, knowing we're going to die no matter what. The animals seem all to contend with which my heavenly influence of consciousness and actions. Some Buddhists talk about death, not just our inevitable demise but dying to edge of end in our life. It's second dying beingwith own anew from moment to moment. Do you see any value in this approach?
