How Small Businesses Can (and should) use Black Friday

Black Friday can seem incredibly daunting in the small business world. When you're trying compete with the big boy players of the ecommerce world on one of the most well known shopping days of the year, globally, it can feel a bit much. PLUS, us small businesses don't tend to have as much 'wiggle room' when it comes to discounts.In this solo episode, I wanted to share my thoughts and feelings around how small businesses could take a bit of a risk, that will results in a short-term sacrifice for a long term gain.This is honestly just my personal thoughts and feelings, and if I had a product based business, what I would do.
