How Sometimes We Disappoint The Lord In our Unbelief - Do You Carry A Harden Heart? Part 1

from Victory Freedom Centre · host Louis Boucher

As we read the book of Mark we can clearly see that the disciples where witnesses to the healings and miracles of Jesus. Even after seeing all these things they remained weak in faith so Jesus decided to test there faith. To remind them of the power of faith he ask them to provided food for more then five thousand people and they claim the they couldn't. Jesus then multiplied a few fish and bread and everybody ate. He told his disciple to pick up the leftover and to bring them with them in the boat as they travel across the sea. These leftover were to be a reminder to them of the miracle they had just seen, they got in the boat without Jesus and as they cross over the face a storm. Jesus also began to cross over by walking on the water and he saw them struggling in the storm. We are told that he was going to leave them in the storm and walk by not because he didn't care for them but because he wanted them to use faith. Instead fear overcame them because of the storm and because they saw Jesus walking on the water even if proof of the power of was in the boat with them in the fragments of fish and bread they had taken with them. Many of us are just like them We have see or experience the power of God but still doubt. Faith is God is important for without faith it is impossible to please God (Heb 11:6). Faith can't exist in a harden heart, in a heart the refuses to believe even when they have seen God power with their own eyes. God has given unto all men the ability to believe or the measure of faith but it is up to us to walk by faith.
