He passed away two days after birth (birth asphyxia, umbilical cord around neck, too long labor, infection, placental abruption and C-section was done too late). I got pregnant naturally after TTC 10 months. I have also 19 year old son. I have regular cycle 28days, I'm healthy, no PCOS, miscarriages or other issues. I'm using prenatal vitamins, omega3, coQ10, Maca and Vitex, d-vitamin, iron, folic acid. Physically I've been healing from surgery really good, mentally it's been hard. I want to test my estrogen, progesterone, FSH, LH and iron levels but is it too early to test these because I was just pregnant? How fast hormone levels are getting back to normal after labor? My period came back 4 weeks after labor, they are normal and I ovulated already once."
