While earlier practices focused on solo breathwork, this conversation shifts into the realm of partnered spiritual intimacy.A central theme is masculine and feminine polarity. I explain how these energies function as active and receptive dynamics that can appear in any pairing. In this framework, the sexual act itself represents feminine movement and energetic change, while the masculine provides a conscious container through boundaries, safety, consent, and witnessing presence.We also look at why many men struggle with sexuality today. Cultural conditioning and pornography often create performance anxiety, emotional suppression, and disconnection from authentic desire.
