How Tasha Got Her Groove Back

from How She Did That

I’m baaack! Welcome to Season 8 of How She Did That! Can I just say, 2022 has been a year…You may have noticed that I took a short break from the podcast over the last few months, which happened for a number of reasons. One of those reasons being The Launch Guild experienced some pretty major changes that were a lot harder for me to process than I anticipated. Because of that, I needed to take a step back to recharge and restructure my goals for my business this year. Instead of a year of growth, this became a year of rest and restoration for myself and for The Launch Guild… (and it’s actually turned out pretty great so far!)Now that I am back and ready to kick off a new season of the podcast, I want to start by talking to you about what this reframing looked like for me, and also share some of my tips and takeaways from it. As challenging as the first half of this year was, the silver lining is that it allowed me an opportunity to rediscover who I am, what I really enjoy doing, and who I enjoy being around outside of the online business space. I’ve been ruthlessly intentional about making time to do what makes me feel alive again. And the rewards have been absolutely worth it!If you are like me and this year threw you for a loop, here’s how you can start getting your groove back:Be intentionally ruthless with your scheduleSpeak about what you needFind what lights you up inside and outside of your businessCheck out my brand new, 45 minute-ish masterclass that will help you create a fast track system to slashing your to-do list by hiring your A-Team, delegating without drama, and fearlessly budgeting to scale.…all without sacrificing a drop of quality! In this masterclass we’ll cover…How to Budget for a Bigger Team without sacrificing your own salaryWhat to Look for When Hiring Your “A-Team” - This is THE business game-changerTask delegation (mindset and logistics)Simplifying SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) -- don’t worry, I make this E-A-S-Y so you stop being the bottleneck in your biz.
