Dr. Peper shares some easy exercises to help you become more aware of what the body experiences when your muscles get tense for long periods of time. Listeners will especially enjoy his tip about what you can do when you begin to feel stressed – and how one simple posture change can reverse the path of our thoughts and emotions.  About Today's Guest:  Dr. Erik Peper is an internationally known expert on biofeedback (applied psychophysiology), holistic health, and stress management. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and his PhD in psychology from Union Graduate Institute. Since then, he's taught at San Francisco State University, where he has been instrumental in establishing the Institute for Holistic Health Studies, the first holistic health program at a public university in the United States.
