He is the co-creator and custodian of a multiple-award-winning Leadership Development Program, and has built a broad curriculum of custom people-development workshops and initiatives that improve organizational performance by helping everyone to become the best versions of themselves. Scott is currently the Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy & Development at Warner Music Group, overseeing learning and development around the globe, and travels extensively facilitating development workshops.
