In today's episode, Scott Allender, Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy & Development at Warner Music Group, shares how he has used the Enneagram in team building and leadership development. He explains how the Enneagram helps provide insight into how the different people on your team function in the workplace, how you can support them in different phases in their career, why it's important to understand how different people see the world, and how their particular personality style affects their decision making and affects their analysis.   About Scott Allender: Scott is a seasoned executive with expertise in global people leadership and organizational development. He is the co-creator and custodian of a multiple-award-winning Leadership Development Program, and has built a broad curriculum of custom people-development workshops and initiatives that improve organizational performance by helping everyone to become the best versions of themselves.
