How the IAEA Watches Iran When the Door Is Locked

Iran's cooperation with the IAEA is at its lowest point since the 2015 nuclear deal — inspectors haven't accessed key sites for eighteen months. But the agency hasn't gone home. In this episode, we explore how the IAEA shifts from direct monitoring to inference-based verification when a member state says no.
