How the Kiwi Saved the Forest( New Zealand folktale)

Have you ever wondered why the unique little Kiwi bird doesn't fly in the sky like other birds, but instead waddles happily on the mossy forest floor? In tonight's episode of Story Time Lanterns, we journey to the ancient, magical forests of New Zealand. When a hidden danger deep underground threatens to destroy the mighty trees, the King of the Forest calls upon the birds for help. It takes a very special bird with an extraordinarily brave heart to make a big sacrifice to save their home.Perfect for children under 4th grade, this gentle, heartwarming retelling of a traditional New Zealand folktale beautifully illustrates the power of selflessness and the warm feeling of finding one's purpose. Snuggle tight under your blankets, listen to the rustle of the ferns, and get ready for sweet, peaceful dreams.#BedtimeStoriesForKids #ChildrensPodcast #AudiobooksForKids #KiwiBirdStory #NewZealandFolktale #StoriesAboutKindness #CalmingBedtimeStories #StoryTimeLanterns #KidsMannersAndValues #NatureStoriesForKids #SleepStoriesForChildren #LynnL#cornell36-us
