This story tells the tale of a once smooth-skinned toad who loved attending parties, no matter how far he needed to travel. When invited to a party in the sky, the toad ingeniously tricks a buzzard into unwittingly giving him a ride by hiding in the buzzard's violin. Though the toad arrives and enjoys the celebration, he finally gets his comeuppance when the neglected violin, with him inside it, is discarded by another bird during the return trip. This results in the toad landing painfully on the ground, acquiring bruises that become a permanent feature of his appearance.
