How Thinking Ahead Actually Hurt Me... | Ep 44
from Legacy Voyage · host Dean Uata
Don't think 10 steps ahead. Thinking too far ahead can lead to analysis paralysis and inaction. Instead, focus on taking small, iterative steps forward. Build an MVP. A minimum viable product (MVP) is the smallest possible product that you can build to test your hypothesis. If your MVP is successful, you can then iterate on it and add more features. But if your MVP is not successful, you can pivot and try something else. Fail forward. Don't be afraid to fail. Failure is a part of the learning process. The important thing is to learn from your failures and keep moving forward. Build a team of geniuses. Look for people who are passionate about what they do and who are willing to take risks. Create a culture where people feel safe to fail. Never give up. No matter how many times you fail, keep getting back up and trying again. If you do that, you will eventually succeed.
