from Sports Motivation Podcast

You and I are plagued with the same disease.....no matter how hard we work, how much we accomplish, there is still a nagging feeling of "I gotta do more".   This is not necessarily a bad thing, but when it causes you to be so hard on yourself that you don't give yourself encouragement, props, and kudos, it begins to eat away at your confidence.   You need to learn how to give yourself the right amount of praise without negatively impacting your hunger and drive.
