How to assess and understand your chess grade

Grades change as you play other graded players and the authenticated results are published regularly.Theses  estimates were provided by Hakon Strand, a chess correspondent and data analyst who likes to classify himself as a friend of the once and perhaps future chess world champion, Magnus Carlsen. He was responding to the question My ELO chess rating is a 1630.
