We’re joined by Alan Dovey, a Consultant Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and workplace mental health specialist who is the director of Working Minds. Alan has worked extensively with emergency services such as the fire brigade and police services, corporate sectors including as mental health advisor to Jaguar Land Rover.
