It doesn't matter what you do or where you've worked, you've likely seen or experienced discrimination, harassment, retaliation - or all three. Today's episode helps you identify and gives actionable steps in how to avoid it.

Together, we'll cover:

  1. The difference between discrimination and harassment
  2. The biggest mistakes people make when handling a discrimination or harassment complaint - whether you're an employee or a business owner
  3. How to set yourself up for success and avoid discrimination and harassment - as a business owner, employee,  and independent contractor

Over the years, in my work with clients and students too, I've found that there's some confusion about employment law issues - whether there's discrimination or harassment, when you can do something about it. And, I have to be honest, it can be super muddy. This is why living, working, and being in integrity matters - and why being clear about who you are, what you want, and why you want it matters. And, that's also why knowing what you will put up with and what you expect of others is imperative for a clear, profitable, and productive working relationship.
