How to be a good Children and Young People's Nurse

We spoke with Bally Sandhu, Senior Lecturer in Children and Young People's Nursing, to hear first-hand about her varied career in this challenging but rewarding area of nursing. Bally talks about working with children and young people, as well as their families and carers, sometimes when the patient is seriously ill. Bally also discusses how she and her team prepare University of Northampton students to cope with sometimes challenging situations but still provide good care and some of the wider issues facing the nursing profession.
